Basic description: I had this trailer custom-built in the summer because of my own MCS and mold issues, but I am leaving the country soon so I no longer need it. It’s traveled from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City, so it has less than 700 miles on it. I’m the only person that has ever been in it, and I have zero pets.

I took a brand-new 2011 Pace American Outback, 6′ x 12′ cargo trailer, tore out all the wood, and added the following to it:

• Foam & aluminum walls for insulation and mold-free construction;

• Dual-propane setup with propane regulator;

• Dual-burner countertop stove;

• Two 6v golf batteries for optimal battery capacity and battery life;

• 3-way refrigerator (110v, 12v, propane);

• 13500 BTU A/C with heater;

• No blackwater tank;

• Greywater + freshwater tanks with showerhead on the outside of the trailer (You can take showers using a privacy shelter. The outdoor shower leaves no chance of humidity building up on the inside.);

• Ceiling fantastic fan;

• Side window for ventilation;

• Double-doors on the back with two aluminum sheets;

• Freshwater tank capacity monitor;

• Convenient circuit breaker board on inside;

• 30amp power cord with 15amp adapter;

• 2 electrical outlets on inside;

• Ceiling lights;

• Tip-down steel bedframe. Tips up completely against the wall for maximum space during the day;

• Cabinet storage space built;

• ~1500lb weight.

General
Where is the trailer located for pick up?: Salt Lake City, UT.
If you have MCS, do you tolerate the trailer yourself?: I have severe MCS. I had to sell a Livinlite VRV that was made of 98% aluminum and composites because the glue was intolerable. I feel better in the trailer than in any other home or trailer I’ve tried. The only thing comparable is a tent.
How long have you owned the trailer, and in that time how long have you lived in the trailer?: Owned since the summer, lived in for under 1 month.
How long has it been empty and where has it been stored?: It was empty for 50% of the time, now it’s stored in a parking lot .

Are you also selling the truck?: Yes (2010 Tacoma V6 4WD with SR5 package & more, 5115 miles only).

Due to the nature of the illness, potential MCS buyers will need to stay in a trailer overnight, or for an extended period, before committing to a purchase or long-term lease. Doing so puts the trailer owner at risk for potential contamination of the space. Are you willing to do this? Not unless they bring in new clothes and shower beforehand.

• Potential buyer can stay overnight in trailer for up to 2 days before committing to purchase at a fee of $15/night.

• Please list all allowed products and trailer rules: Potential buyer can wear only new clothes, new bedding, tooth brush and toothpaste. For your own comfort you may want to wear a pair of indoor slippers since the floor is aluminum and conducts cold. Must take shower before entering, must leave shoes outside.
