Basic description: THIS HOME NEVER HAD A LEAK, HAS NO MOLD, OWNER IS VERY MOLD SENSITIVE, AND ABLE TO LIVE IN THE HOME. Enjoy the dry Las Vegas climate. However, anyone interested in renting this home is encouraged to do their own inspection and investigation, for their peace of mind. Last painted 2 years ago, carpet is almost 8 years old, no pesticides used for at least a year. Neighbors on each side, but not in the back and not in the front. Neighbors are very nice and courteous and willing to notify if they intend to use any pesticides. House has been lovingly cared for by the MCS/ EMF owner, and only cleaned with the baking soda and Seven Generation free and clear for the last year. It does have forced air heat, but the owner has been able to use the electric heaters instead.
