Oceanside, CA Wanted: 2 Mature EI Housemates
Description: I am trying to find a couple of mature EIs to share my daughter’s house with me in Oceanside, CA. I am very sensitive and I do very well there, although it is in a city environment and has near neighbors…There is the occasional whiff of someone’s barbeque, but the house has excellent ventilation and is also close enough to the ocean to have good air generally (although the Eucalyptus trees do bother me sometimes).
There is a large backyard with wonderful patio and a rudimentary organic garden; 4 bedrooms are available. I have an elderly mini-dachshund and am open to other pets.
It may not work for those who can’t tolerate older carpet, etc., but it has been a Godsend for me during the past 5 years. I’ve stayed there many times, as my daughter has kept it safe for me: she uses low-VOC paint and no pesticides/herbicides, etc. Scent-free laundry facilities.
