Monet now sleeps outside under a tarp
Monet’s current Los Angeles “bedroom” is a tarped gazebo on the side of her house. The canvas and tarp material had to air out in the sun for a full year in order for her to tolerate the materials.
Although she can now tolerate being in her conventional home during the day, she is still unable to sleep there. For some people with environmental intolerances, their sensitivities are worse at night – making sleeping very difficult.
